Blue Surf Sanctuary, located in Mal Pais / Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, is more than a destination for vacationers and surfers, it is a sanctuary for its two new owners, Kelly Parmenter-Eck and Aaron Moore. It is a sanctuary they want to share with you.

Out of a desire to escape the everyday routine and wanting a simpler life, though being a business owner will keep the daily pace pretty quick, Parmenter-Eck said the twosome started researching businesses for sale to see if they could make this dream a reality.

"We have been talking about investing in a ‘simpler life’ for a long time." she said. "Just as we thought we had run out of options, we stumbled on the perfect situation, and we decided life is too short to not reach for a dream.  The ball just started rolling from there."  

This isn't just a one or two person dream. Gloria Armond, founder of Blue Surf, was looking for a partnership to keep her dream alive. “I am beyond blessed and thrilled to hand over the reins to Kelly and Aaron, and yet still be a contributing partner in the dream that I manifested that is Blue Surf.”  Gloria added, “My new partners undoubtedly have the perfect energy and vision to take Blue Surf to the next the level!    With expansion of surf programs, eventually expansion of the accommodations and improvements to current ones, the entire team’s individual and collective talents will render our sanctuary the ULTIMO surf resort in all of Costa Rica!”
